Precursor and original, such can be the qualifiers associated with the domain held by Roland and Ulrike, who produce a laughing wine (coteaux-du-Quercy), from a vine héritière of a long tradition, since the domain produces wine since the th century! Gradually replantée since the early 2000 s, it is now being conducted in organic agriculture. The wines are on sale at (very nice) area, from Tuesday to Saturday.
