In Loze, Le Mas de Monille offers you a local cuisine concocted with taste. Ideal for a gourmet break.
Located in the Causses du Quercy, Mas de Monille celebrates the Occitan way of life. Chef Benoît Leverrier has made his inn a destination filled with tastefully concocted local products. The farm's black pork is cooked as blood sausage, roast, brisket, all depending on the season. Only one menu is offered. In the summer, it is possible to taste these dishes under a hundred-year-old chestnut tree. Before leaving, you can stop by the store where fresh meat, cold cuts and cured meats from the farm are for sale.

Mais nous avons pu acheter des produits de grande qualité. (à partir de porcs noirs espagnols élevés en extérieur). Le propriétaire était également très gentil, parle anglais et ce n'était donc pas un problème pour lui que nous puissions rester là pour une nuit.

Das Restaurant wird leider nicht mehr betrieben. Wir sind durch France Passion auf den Hof aufmerksam geworden.
Wir konnten aber Produkte kaufen, die von hoher Qualität sind. (vom schwarzen spanischen Schwein, die im Freien gehalten werden). Der Besitzer war auch sehr nett, spricht englisch und so war es auch kein Problem für ihn, dass wir eine Nacht dort stehen durften.
