The Portals came from Aveyron to settle in this farm in 1957! In 2012, with two generations apart, the Portals opened the cheese factory. They offer to all visitors and gourmets their delicious dairy products, from the brown breed... Do not hesitate to push the doors of Au Clair de la Brune to discover the techniques of production and enjoy yoghurts, cottage cheese, milk jam and cheeses (quercynois, tomme de Saint-Urbain, camembrune...).
