On the borders of the department, in this imposing hotel-restaurant, the emphasis is on the classic workers' menu for lunch. In the evening, Chef Pascal Doucet, who has been awarded the rank of Master Restaurateur and is a member of the Tarn-et-Garonne restaurateurs' association, takes his cuisine up a notch to revisit in his own elegant and generous way the rich cuisine of this region bordering Quercy and Rouergue. An interesting address, and a good value for money.
