Stéphane took over the reins of the cannery founded by his parents, Raymonde and Jacky Novotny, more than 30 years ago. It's easy to say that La Grèze is a family affair! Here, the ducks are raised and force-fed in the traditional way before being cooked. It's time to stock up for the winter and bring back the best of the South West! Whole foie gras, confits, fresh, dried or smoked duck breast, pâtés, stuffed duck... but also cooked dishes like cassoulet, garbure or duck with lentils. Good meals in perspective!
