After transforming the La Diligence brasserie into a gourmet restaurant and winning the Henri Huck Trophy in 2000, Isabelle and Denis Vetter set themselves a new challenge: to transform the former château in Lingolsheim into a prestigious restaurant. Contemporary decor, refined ambience in sober tones. On the second floor, a lounge can be reserved for private parties or seminars. Denis Vetter offers inventive cuisine using fresh produce. And of course, on the menu you'll find dishes to suit the market.

Impression mitigée sur ce restaurant... j'ai pris une entrée mais rien ne laissait imaginer qu'elle n'était pas végétarienne... en tout cas ce n'était pas dans la composition notée sur la carte... quand j'ai fait la remarque j'ai eu le sentiment qu'on me reprochait de ne pas avoir dit que je suis végétarienne... du genre "vous n'aviez qu'à le préciser" ... bon j'ai moyennement aimé la remarque mais le restaurant reste très bon...
