After transforming the brasserie La Diligence into a gourmet restaurant and winning the Henri Huck Trophy in 2000, Isabelle and Denis Vetter embarked on a new challenge: transforming the former Château de Lingolsheim into a prestigious restaurant. Contemporary decoration, refined atmosphere in sober tones. On the first floor, a lounge can be reserved for private parties or seminars. Denis Vetter offers an inventive cuisine made with fresh produce. And of course, on the slate you will find dishes depending on the market. Some examples? Salmon, crayfish, prawns, guinea fowl. The wine list offers different terroirs.
