Joël and Sophie's restaurant offering home-made dishes in Lingolsheim.
The chef, Joël Vix, worked in a variety of establishments before opening this restaurant, frequented by a host of regulars. A real return to his roots, because as he likes to point out, he's a native of the village! In the dining room, his wife Sophie supports him with conviction. Here, quality of service and welcome are paramount, and local dishes are homemade. In season, specialities are served: game of course, but also fried carp (a must!), according to the traditional recipe handed down by his mother - carp fillets breaded in semolina.
