Managed by Aurelie, Jean-Marc and Roselyne Balaran, the domaine owns 35 hectares of AOC Gaillac over 40 hectares of vineyards. The combination of grape variety and terroir, combined with careful vinification, results in wines that are served in some of the Tarn's most renowned restaurants. The reds are Entre potes, Vigne blanche, Croix petite, and the whites include Blanc à l'ombre fraîche, Vigne de l'oubli, Sous un ciel étoilé, Vendanges dorées... These wines are complemented by an effervescent, méthode gaillacoise, and a very fresh rosé with strawberry, raspberry and blackcurrant flavors.

We had a delightful time visiting this winery, so much so that we went back two weeks later for the evening concert. The hosts were friendly and informative and they brought out some homemade apple juice for our granddaughter. We bought several cases of wine and enjoyed every bottle! And the concert was so much fun, with food trucks, great music and dancing. And of course, that lovely wine! This wîll become one of our first stops on our annual visit to the Tarn.

Apéro concert dans un cadre champêtre et une ambiance familiale. Les stands de restauration sont variés et proposent des prix corrects.
Le vin rouge est bon et servi à la bonne température.
L'accueil des personnes ayant réservées en ligne et théoriquement prioritaires mérite d'être amélioré avec une file dédiée, alors qu'on a l'impression de passer devant les personnes attendent.
