Managed by Aurelie, Jean-Marc and Roselyne Balaran, the domaine owns 35 hectares of AOC Gaillac over 40 hectares of vineyards. The combination of grape variety and terroir, combined with careful vinification, results in wines that are served in some of the Tarn's most renowned restaurants. The reds are Entre potes, Vigne blanche, Croix petite, and the whites include Blanc à l'ombre fraîche, Vigne de l'oubli, Sous un ciel étoilé, Vendanges dorées... These wines are complemented by an effervescent, méthode gaillacoise, and a very fresh rosé with strawberry, raspberry and blackcurrant flavors.
