Chantal and Nicolas Lebrun have been combining their know-how here since 2005, and are responsible for all the stages of the production of their wines. Mr. is an oenologist, so you can trust the ranges offered: fruity and acidulous white gaillac, fruity and spicy rosé, red with a dominant duras, sweet gaillac, but above all dry white gaillac aged on lees in barrels and braucol red gaillac unfined, unfiltered, combining power and finesse. Many of their wines have been awarded prizes by specialised guides. The Cuisineries Gourmandes network made no mistake about it!

The Rabastens winery was founded in 1953, at the crossroads of Toulouse and Albi. Specializing in the creation of wines with accessible, gourmet profiles, such as Tarani, it is driven by the values of Vinovalie, the union of winegrowers from the Pays d'Ovalie, founded in 2006. Today, the winery brings together over 4,000 hectares of vines and 315 winemakers who produce quality nectars every year. The wines are available at the cellar and on delivery.

Grégory Dhoye cultivates various aromatic plants in his plot of land located in the heart of the Tarn to make liqueurs with the Organic Agriculture label. Verbena liqueur, wild fennel liqueur, hyssop liqueur, woody liqueur or floral liqueur, all the beverages are produced in a traditional way and enchant the aperitif as well as the end of the meal. They can be found in farm shops in the Tarn, in supermarkets and delicatessens in Lavaur, Gaillac and Toulouse. On-line ordering is possible.

Mas de Grouze is the history of the Alquier family. For four generations, the members of this family of operators have been producing quality Gaillac wines. Today, the brothers Jérôme and Sébastien are in charge of the vineyard. They produce PDOs for the pleasures of the table and gourmands. Nowadays, the duo highlights the winegrower's profession by offering visits followed by tastings. You will know everything about Gamay, Cuvée des Graves, Cuvée Tradition, the sparkling Méthode gaillacoise and especially Mauzac and Loin de l'oeil, a speciality of the region.

Le Verger de Foncoussières is an orchard located in Rabastens, in the Tarn region of France. On site, you'll find a wide variety of local produce, including apple juice and apple derivatives, as well as untreated vegetables such as tomatoes, zucchinis, peppers and eggplants. You can also pick fruit such as grapes, peaches, nectarines, apricots, cherries, apples and plums. Le Verger de Foncoussières works with sustainable and organic agriculture, and also offers products from other local producers in its farm store.
