Conservatoire du Tarn to preserve fruit and wine species.
Created by the General Council of the Tarn in 1986, the objective of this conservatory is to safeguard, evaluate and develop on an educational, economic and scientific level endangered fruit species and vines. Established on 7 hectares, it hosts today more than 750 fruit trees and 102 grape varieties. Its animators regularly organize introductory courses in pruning and grafting. It is possible to buy fruit and juice by appointment.
