Farm shop in the premises of the old village post office. This store is part of the approach of direct sales from the producer to the consumer. At the cash desk, the producers take it in turns to welcome you and are pleased to present their products. They are about fifteen producers from Carmausin and Albigeois to offer you rabbits, eggs, meat, snails, bread, vinegars, cheese, jams, saffron, beers, Gaillac wines, biscuits... All the flavours of the Tarn in peasant version.

Très bon produits. Parcontre le pain est en libre service déposé sur des étagères et niveau hygiène c'est pas top... j'ai vu des clients tâter plusieurs pains avant de faire leur choix....je pense qu'il serait souhaitable de changer le fonctionnement.sinon fruits et légumes au top !!
