The famous Oberti salting house opens a museum dedicated to Lacaune hams

The famous Oberti salting house has opened a museum dedicated to Lacaune hams. Every stage of the production process is presented on site. The tour takes you through a drying room containing 12,000 hams, where the aromas will tickle your nostrils. Old machines and objects from the past will be detailed throughout the tour. A video on the company's other activities will be shown, including a slicing demonstration by the master cured ham maker. Finally, a tasting of the company's specialties will be organized in the sales boutique.

Super visite le 21 juillet 2024 lors de la Fête de la Charcuterie avec un guide au top ????
Et une dégustation excellente donc impossible de sortir sans victuailles !
À faire sans hésitation !!!
