At the top of a valley, in the tranquility and beauty of the hinterland of Gaillach, these owners work their 26 hectares of vines according to sustainable agriculture, with authenticity and character, in particular the Thibaud cuvée, made from pure Brocol, and a late harvest, the Maxime cuvée. But that's not all! They also offer two botanical trails (1.5 km or 2.5 km) to walk through the vines and discover grape variety panels and boards showing the plants in the vineyard (as well as audio comments from mp3 players - comments in English possible). Domaine Vaysette is also a cheerful welcome, in a modern building that can accommodate receptions and seminars.

The Canto Perlic estate is perched on the gentle hills along the northern edge of the Tarn valley, just 6 km from Gaillac. Braucol, mauzac, loin de l'oeil and duras flourish here on 8 hectares of vines in organic conversion, in an eco-responsible approach for an estate turned towards sustainability. Poets will be delighted to learn that the estate's name means " partridge song " in Occitan, a partridge you'll recognize on the labels of several of the cuvées offered by this family-run estate.

Facing south and benefiting from a microclimate typical of the "little Tuscany" of the Tarn, the Barreau family's vineyard produces remarkable white, rosé and red wines. Their bottles are easily recognizable by the vine leaf on the label. This 20-hectare vineyard and olive grove has been producing nectars for about 15 years. It all began with the arrival of Christophe Merle, from Charente, in Gaillac. This region, particularly renowned for its vineyards, seemed perfectly suited for this professional to express his passion. In 2006, with his wife Christelle, they gave birth to this choice estate whose first vintage was released the following year. Since then, Château Balsamine has become a regular on the tables of gourmets and restaurateurs.
