It is required by queen on Gaillac, offering a rather nice brasserie-pizzeria with three different spaces: spacious dining room, patio and terrace. But let us talk about a little pizza because here we are not skimping with quality: the dough is kneaded on-site with local producers'flour, from the Mill Mill to a few kilometres and baked in an exceptional stone oven (3rd installed in France), since this Italian model is equipped with a rotating stone sole and mounted on cylinders, allowing for a smooth cooking. So you say that chewable in one of these pizzas is to end up in Naples by thinking. But the pizzas, which can be eaten on the ground, take or even get delivered, are not the only queens of the card because we also find good dishes prepared carefully and with respect for fresh products.
