In the heart of the Gaillac vineyards, the love of vines has been passed down for dozens of generations. Michel Issaly is one of these early enthusiasts, he puts his energy at the service of his 6.5 hectare estate in ancestral grape varieties: Duras, Braucol, Prunelard, Mauzac and Ounden. The owner has decided to transmit his passion during visits and to adapt his practice today: one of his fights concerns the respect of the fauna and the flora, thus, the vineyard is oriented bio and biodynamic, agroforestry and High Environmental Value.
