The Canto Perlic estate is perched on the gentle hills along the northern edge of the Tarn valley, just 6 km from Gaillac. Braucol, mauzac, loin de l'oeil and duras flourish here on 8 hectares of vines in organic conversion, in an eco-responsible approach for an estate turned towards sustainability. Poets will be delighted to learn that the estate's name means " partridge song " in Occitan, a partridge you'll recognize on the labels of several of the cuvées offered by this family-run estate.

Zunächst eine herzliche Begrüßung durch den süßen Hund und den Besitzer des Weinguts! Direkt super freundlich und während der Verkostung hat man die Kompetenz der Winzer gemerkt. Obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren wurde sich viel Zeit für die Verkostung der Rotweine genommen mit tollen Empfehlungen.
Dieses Weingut liefert charakterreiche, spannende und vielfältige Weine zum fairen Preis.
