Brasserie with terrace proposing a home cooking articulated around products of the soil.
For nearly 70 years, this bar has been a reference in Gaillac. Ludovic Camboulive welcomes you in a charming setting, with a vintage and patinated decoration, and on his pretty terrace. On the menu, he proposes a cuisine with the classic brasserie dishes that we love, with local accents. Homemade mayonnaise eggs, Aubrac beef tartar, sauerkraut, plates of Lacaune and Aveyron cold cuts... But also burgers, fondue bourguignonne or grilled meat. As a bonus, the bread is home-made. All appetites will find their happiness!

Endroit sympathique, j'ai bien mangé, dommage que la serveuse blonde n'aie pas été très agréable mais pas de soucis les autres membres du personnel ont été là pour moi. J'y retournerais sans aucun doute.

Je viens là chaque fois que je m'arrête à Gaillac ville que j'apprécie beaucoup je n'ai pas encore goûté la cuisine,je ne peux pas donner un avis, le service est très bien, avec les nouveaux propriétaires,comme avec les anciens,il y'a toujours là même serveuse,qui fait bien son travail,j'y retournerais Mercredi prochain.
