Brasserie with terrace proposing a home cooking articulated around products of the soil.

For nearly 70 years, this bar has been a reference in Gaillac. Ludovic Camboulive welcomes you in a charming setting, with a vintage and patinated decoration, and on his pretty terrace. On the menu, he proposes a cuisine with the classic brasserie dishes that we love, with local accents. Homemade mayonnaise eggs, Aubrac beef tartar, sauerkraut, plates of Lacaune and Aveyron cold cuts... But also burgers, fondue bourguignonne or grilled meat. As a bonus, the bread is home-made. All appetites will find their happiness!

A la carte les plats sont tous appelés par le nom des clubs de rugby et de foot de la planète !!

Excellente cuisine, tout est frais, cuisiné maison, les légumes sont frais, j'ai pris une variation autour de la tomate, très goûteuse, une andouillette grillée sauce moutarde extra. les frites sont maison et très bonnes, mon mari a pris un hamburger, bonne viande, bien cuite et pain maison.
Les serveurs sont très sympa, le cadre soigné, dans l'esprit "bistro" je recommande vivement.
