Restaurant proposing a tasty menu around the products of the Great South.

Over the years, this address has maintained its status as a must-visit with an original concept. At the bar, you can admire the grappothèque. The shelves are lined with nectars to drink in or take away. And the chef uses his talent to create a delicious menu based on products from the South of France. On the menu: red tuna steak, grilled veal loin, suckling pig cooked in a charcoal oven, large baba with pink Mauzac brandy... There's also a range of nibbles, including Arrosagaray ham, pig's trotter croquettes and patatas fritas with rust sauce.

Super cuisine . Je me suis régalée . Après le coût peut paraître un peu Cher mais il faut parfois se faire plaisir car un lieu à ne pas manquer ..

Le plat qui nous a été servi, du veau fourré de mille et une chose, était succulent et très original. L'accompagnement surprenant : des gros macaronis justement cuits, finement assaisonnés et très subtilement gratinés.
Auparavant nous avions pris des coktails eux aussi très agréables à boire. Leur gin fizz est mieux que tous ceux que j'avais pu boire avant.
