Restaurant proposing a tasty menu around the products of the Great South.
Over the years, this address has maintained its status as a must-visit with an original concept. At the bar, you can admire the grappothèque. The shelves are lined with nectars to drink in or take away. And the chef uses his talent to create a delicious menu based on products from the South of France. On the menu: red tuna steak, grilled veal loin, suckling pig cooked in a charcoal oven, large baba with pink Mauzac brandy... There's also a range of nibbles, including Arrosagaray ham, pig's trotter croquettes and patatas fritas with rust sauce.

Excellent restaurant au plein de centre de Gaillac. Plats d'inspirations variées mais toujours un fond "terroir" marqué. Les vins au verre de la région sont délicieux.
