ALBY FOIE GRAS
The Lascroux canning factory, located in the Tarn, has been using its know-how for a century and three generations. Ducks and geese come from French farms, mainly from the Landes; they are guaranteed to be fed with corn and prepared according to tradition. It is the paradise of foie gras of artisanal manufacture which comes in all its forms: fresh, whole, truffled, in block... But also necks of stuffed ducks, duck breasts, rillettes or cassoulets; and for lovers of Aveyron cuisine, alicuits and tripoux, not to mention the original dish of Cathar tapas, the gratounade of duck or the roast of duck with foie gras. The address has received IGP Sud-Ouest certification, which guarantees perfect traceability of certified products - in other words, it is a reference, which can be found in its three sales outlets in Tarn, but also in the region's markets and seven fairs in France.
