After renovation, extension and transformation work completed in 2023, the Goya Museum has reopened its doors to welcome visitors to a 1500m2 space. Great names such as Miró, Picasso, Dalí and Velázquez punctuate the visit. Housed in the former 17th-century episcopal palace, it boasts an impressive collection of works by the greatest masters of Spanish painting from Antiquity to the present day: Francisco Goya, Reixach, Borrassà, Mates, Alonso Cano, Fortuny, Zurbarán, Mallo, Bueno...

A faire
Je ne connaissais que très peu l’art espagnol et encore moins les artistes peintres espagnols mais j’ai vraiment beaucoup appris au cours de cette visite.
On y retrouve du Picasso, du Goya et plein d’autres artistes.
Il y a beaucoup d’information et chaque salle du musée a son thème donc on ne s’y perd pas du tout. Et avec l’audioguide c’est un plus.
