Conductor Bruno Besson orchestrated the success of his establishment in Castelnau-de-Lévis. Thanks to his experience in the business, he has been able to create dishes with divine and unusual flavours, making his address one of the best restaurants in the department. Among all the delights on offer, your heart will have enough to swing and your taste buds enough to wriggle. Don't forget to take a look at the dessert cart, a whole poem! All this pretty world animates and embellishes an elegant setting with a warm decoration, the ideal setting for slightly sophisticated dishes. Since 2010, cooking classes have been organised by the chef over a whole year. A way of learning, of course, but also of enjoying and sharing it. At La Taverne, the pleasure continues at the hotel where eight rooms with gourmet names (Mandarin, Chocolate, Blueberry, Mint, Lemon, Carambola, Cherry and Plum) offer their comfort and invite you to continue your stay in this small 13th century village.

Accueil agréable , l'apéritif maison est vraiment bon ainsi que celui sans alcool que mon fils a pris , tout cela avec accompagnements et vérines .
Nous avons choisi le menu "surprise" , je ne vais pas divulguer son contenu pour justement garder l'effet surprise mais cela a été un régal visuel et un délice pour les papilles , c'est vraiment une très bonne découverte.
Félicitation au cuisiner ainsi qu'a la personne qui nous a accueilli et servi avec gentillesse.

Cannot truly review went to the restaurant today for lunch.
After reading the style of cooking a classic cuisine restaurant. Which is something you don’t see often these days. It all seems to be ‘Modern’.
( I’ve always wanted to learn classical French cuisine. Hey ho maybe in the next life I could be the next Carême / Escoffier )
