Charles Deymier decided to rework the traditional recipe of these aniseed cookies in his own way by adding sugar, which he patented under the name "Charlot" eleven years later. Since 2018, Christian Bernadou has been busy in the kitchen making delicious organic chocolates. Recognized Saveurs du Tarn, he makes all the products on sale in his shop looking for quality above all.

And not only chocolate. The dried fruits and candied fruits are guaranteed organic and without soya lecithin. Most of the products are fair trade.
