Restaurant offering tasty seasonal cuisine and excellent value for money, a good idea for a break in Carmaux
This restaurant is a little jewel of flavor and excellent value for money. We met the chef at l'Ambroisie in Albi. She's made herself at home in this beautiful residence on the Tour de Ciron. The menu changes every three weeks, leaving plenty of room for flavors and precise juices. On the plate, foie gras with tamarind and onion chutney, linguine with aged cheddar and piquillo cream, finishing with a crunchy strawberry-raspberry tartlet.

It also helps that it's run by the two most wonderful people in the restaurant business, Guillaume & Yazmin, what a combo! The most charming of men and a chef whom, whatever she makes, regardless of whether it's something I normally like, I'm eating it and 100% confident it will be delicious.
I'm already thinking about my meal when I'm back next year!
