Domaine Plageoles is 7 generations of winegrowers, 27 hectares and 2 farms: the Domaine des Très Cantous (Cahuzac-sur-Vère) and the Domaine de Roucou-Cantemerle (Castelnau-de-Montmiral). They produce white and red AOC wines, with a majority of white vines. In addition to cultivating mauzac in all its forms, Bernard Plageoles has brought back to life old grape varieties such as ondenc or prunelart. His natural vinification gives birth to beautiful sparkling wines (method gaillacoise), sweet and mellow, very characteristic.
