Created in 1947 in Briatexte, the Collegian brand manufactures socks in the great Tarn textile tradition. Having become a reference in terms of quality and know-how, the family business, which each generation in turn joins, is now taking the path of innovation to perpetuate this saga. Inventor of the sock shoe in its early days - the addition of a non-slip and flexible rubber sole in the sock - Collégien has always lived and worked with his time. This is how she also developed "socks that do good", a clever mix of comfort and medical restraint technology for light legs. All products are entirely manufactured in the Briatexte factory, where an army of talented and qualified little hands take care of all the steps from knitting - the company's specialty - to packaging. The Collegiate workshop also houses a dyeing laboratory where the colours of high or short socks and extra-soft tights have been developed for all members of the family. Never short of ideas, the brand offers sixty new models every year.
