Florence is the first woman brewer of the Lot and with her Matou beers, she has made her place in the Lot brewing world. Each brew is unique, resulting from a rigorous choice of ingredients. She currently offers three lager beers, one fermented with a fruity yeast, one fermented with champagne yeast and another brewed with local wild hops. It also makes a white beer fermented with lemon yeast, a red beer fermented with Bordeaux yeast and an amber beer with spicy abbey yeast.
