Bistro in Monflanquin offering appetizing cuisine with fresh products, hearty dishes and revisited burgers.

With a nice location under the corner posts of the central square, the Bistrot du Prince Noir has established itself as a sure value among the places to stop for a bite to eat. Based on fresh products, the dishes are copious. Entrecote, salmon or bacon tagliatelle, duck leg, omelette, fish & chips, there is a wide choice. The burger menu is attractive, whether it is the Rustic with Camembert, the Basque or the Vegetarian. Same pleasure with the desserts. Only good stuff!

Open all year round. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday to Saturday from 9am to 2pm and from 6pm to 11pm. Menu: 15 € approximately. Lunchtime formula starter/main course/dessert 19 €, starter/main course or main course/dessert 16 €, main course 13 €. A la carte 30 € / 35 € on average. Groups welcome. Terrace. Takeaway sales.

Repas entre copines. La patronne toujours aussi agréable ça rien à dire. Mais serveuse pas très agréable voir froide.

Très bon accueil entrée bien rattrapée avec la confiture de cerise le plat entrecôte de 300g très bon rapport qualité prix fondante à souhait une dame blanche en dessert, 4 étoiles du à une entrée pas très intéressante pour le reste très bien

Wenn man sein Besteck gerne von der gelangweilten Kellnerin an den Gabelzinken angefasst gereicht bekommt, ist man richtig hier.
Das Essen selbst ist auf dem Niveau einer Imbissbude. Der Camembert wird frittiert, statt gebacken. Es gibt grosse Portionen. Pommes frittes könnte man besser (z. B. cross und nicht bis zur Bräune frittiert) hinbekommen, sind jedoch aus echten Kartoffeln. Die verwendeten Zutaten sind frisch und haben bessere Kochkünste verdient. Nudeln werden zu weich gekocht und die Saucen (au saumon fumes/ au lardon) haben deutlich zu viel Sahneanteil.
