Its annual live program is eagerly awaited, so be sure to keep an eye on it. The Celtic's small stage plays host to punk, ska and rap, as well as poetry, slam and Occitan singing. The lively atmosphere is supported by Jean-Louis, who greets you every evening and offers a fine beer list. The decor, with its hundreds of posters, is also unique and well worth a look.
