This café with character is sober and efficient. The city dwellers enjoy meeting there every day. Ideally located in the heart of the city, it offers two terraces: one covered and heated in winter and the second, surrounded by palm trees, on the edge of the town hall square. As soon as the first rays of sunshine appear, it is taken by storm. Close to the major festive events, in summer and winter, it is the place to be in Tarbes! Sports aficionados also gather there, around the huge screen where the matches are played.
