A wine and cocktail bar, this establishment also wanted to be resolutely attached to a quality cuisine, from the terroir to the Basque tendencies... but also to the celebration. Success requires, before taking place in this atypical hangar, a hybrid of bodega with an indus spirit, think about reserving! It goes without saying that the tapas menu almost rivals that of the daring or traditional menus, there is something for everyone. Our favorite goes to blue-veined chipirons, creamy duck breast with peppers, squid flakes. The Southwest is here! Beef is the star with a 800 gram royal piece to share or a beautiful 300 gram rib steak, a quality found in burgers with bakery bread and caramelized onion stew.
