DOMAINE PICHARD
It is one of the first grands crus of the Madiran and on its twenty hectares some vineyards can reach half a century. What will tell you, however, when you arrive at the Domaine Pichard, is the view. At the top of a typical hillside of the Adour, its land runs up to the horizon that the clear weather opens on the Pyrenees: It was a good framework to see the flowering of such quality wines. Jean will let you visit his cellar and taste some of his treasures. One of the specialties of the house is the old vintages and some are more than 10 years old! If you are an exceptional wine lover, do not hesitate to discover the very rare 1990, very few domains can still boast of owning it! But it's not the only one since the domain has been in bio since the 2015 vintage. Pacherenc is the first to have this famous label. Soft or dry, it will seduce you with its hazel and apricot flavours.
