Pyrenean garbure in a restaurant with a terrace offering a view of the Ardiden massif.
It is at the Bergerie that you must go to taste the real Pyrenean garbure. If Rosette brought it to the top, it is today Marie-Laure who perpetuates the family recipe. Here, it is prepared with pork shank and is served in soup or as a single dish on steaming plates. In the summer, you can sit on the terrace overlooking the Bolou plateau and the Ardiden massif; and in the winter by the fireplace in the rustic dining room.

Nous sommes passés la semaine dernière, et nous reviendrons si nous repassons dans le coin . Menu le soir à 25 euros (entrée, plat, dessert) copieux et super bon. Excellent rapport qualité prix et cadre agréable.
