Fresh and tasty cuisine in a farmhouse inn close to the lake in Puydarrieux.

In a magnificent setting and a stone's throw from the lake, this farmhouse with its magnificent architecture is well worth a visit. At the table, it is from the producer to the consumer. The cuisine is full of flavours, freshness and quality guaranteed. Among the chef's specialties is the black Astarac chicken, served in galantine, roasted or stuffed with Barrousse apples and Armagnac. The black pig of Bigorre is declined in tournedos with fresh liver and as a speciality, we enjoy the capon cooked in a crust at the end of the year. Above all, we come to enjoy ourselves.

Divinement bon. Cadre original dans une ancienne établie réhabiliter. Un service au top. Une cuisine local et excellente. Je recommande cette endroit romantique.

très bel établissement dans un lieu paisible. bâtiments très bien restaurés. accueil chaleureux. prise en charge professionnelle. cuisine de très grande qualité avec des produits de la ferme frais et très bien cuisinés. un régal de l'entrée au dessert. le porc noir de Bigorre est une tuerie ! cette ferme auberge vaut le détour !
