The Védère cookie factory has been delighting taste buds with its cookies since 1905, and is one of the brands that have forged the region's gastronomy. The workshop perpetuates the artisanal production of Pyrenean cookies, lightly flavored with vanilla and covered in crystal-clear sugar. You'll also find boudoirs des Pyrénées, petits buturres, the famous pies available in blueberry, lemon or chocolate chip flavors, hazelnut or almond croquants (to die for!), wafers, meringues, spit-roasted cakes... The craze never fails.

Magnifique wagon aménagé en salon de thé pour un moment de détente. très belle déco avec vieilles valises , képis exc... A coté se trouve une boutique avec de très bons produits du terroir.

Beautiful surprise this coach tastefully furnished in tea room for a friendly gourmet break whatever the season. Hot and cold drinks or and pastries for the pleasure of all the tastebuds at reasonable prices. The entrance is done inside the shop, before and after your shopping in the biscuit factory. The disconnection instant is so the decor and atmosphere of the place transports you into a journey from time (kepis of controllers, posters of time, days before bags...). Pleasant surprise, brilliant idea, with when the small restaurant of travellers?
