Inventive cuisine, tapas and a fine list of regional wines in a restaurant in Madiran.

L'Estanquet has changed owner and has been renovated. The decoration is sober and elegant, the brick-colored paint and the plants make you travel. The team's welcome is warm and the service efficient. Your taste buds will wake up with new associations of flavors, thanks to the fine, delicate and inventive cuisine. At noon a simple menu, in the evening the menu and the tapas, and you enjoy in summer a barbecue every Saturday. The whole is completed by a beautiful wine list of the region. An address not to be missed.
