It is hard not to fall under the spell of this restaurant, which has integrated into an exceptional environment without distorting it. On the shores of the lake, facing the mountains, the Pier is a delight for the eyes and taste buds. The menu offers a wide range of regional specialities, with a personal touch that reflects quality know-how and a desire to please. As a starter, why not this chiffonnade of Coche de Coche ham from Pardon à Nay, followed by a whole duck breast with blueberry sauce and vegetables of the day and ended with a thin apple pie. The cuisine is a sweet alliance of terroir and refinement. Everything is homemade! In this green setting where calm reigns, it is nice, after this gourmet break in a warm and friendly setting, to stroll along the shores of the lake: creperie, glacier, promenade, bar and water activities.
