The pizzas of the Epi'zzas are famous in the whole region, and for good reason, Bruno obtained the title of champion of France in 2010. He offers 46 different types of pizzas, 20 of which he alone has the secret. Pizza with olive oil and truffle cream, with foie gras and black cherry jam, some are very original. The dough is crispy as you wish, neither too thin nor too thick. Burgers complete the menu. Here again, originality is the order of the day, as with this Pyrenean burger with bacon, ewe's milk, cheddar and honey.
