For an exceptional meal, the Auberge de Germ is the reference in the valley. Located in a magnificent setting, the inn exudes Pyrenean charm. Christophe Mellier, respectful of a home-made cuisine, works only with fresh products and shows an overflowing inspiration. The menu is a rendezvous with dishes such as garbure, local lamb and veal axoa. On the sweet side, the Basque cake is divine. We love this excellent family cooking, based on the pleasure of treating our guests.
