Departing from the panorama parking lot, this 3.4 km loop is an easy one-hour stroll through Laparade's natural and architectural heritage. This 13th-century bastide is a fine example of the defensive system of the period. From its heights, you'll enjoy lovely views over the valley, and sometimes as far as the Pyrenees! The trail begins by descending into a valley, past orchards and streams, before climbing back up to the fortifications. After a visit to the orientation table, you'll discover the covered market and the wells, listed as Historic Monuments, before returning to the belvedere to enjoy the panorama one last time.
