The Hôtel de la Source hides one of the good restaurants of the city, behind its high pink facade very 1900. A small terrace and three dining rooms welcome travelers and curists who are numerous to have their napkin ring here. The proposed cuisine is a beautiful showcase of local products, presented in gourmet recipes: plate of black pork, homemade foie gras terrine, Tarbais bean casserole and lamb chops...

Avec la qualité la quantité un service parfait dans une vaisselle de goût a ne pas manquer.exemple pour 20€
Garbure confit avec pommes de terre persillées desserts maison.a tomber.
Menus sur 3 semaines.
Un régal pour le goût, l'originalité des plats. ????
Et une quantité pour être bien rassasié. Pas de casse tête pour savoir quoi cuisiner "de vrai vacances" ????
Un dessert qui arrive à me faire oublier que je suis au régime ????
L’assiette était purement divine et si bien accompagnée par le Tariquet.
Les fromages accompagnés d’un verre de Madiran étaient excellents.
Et nous avons fini par une brioche perdue très gourmande !
Une adresse à recommander avec un personnel au petit soin !
