Bilan: ménage pas fait, pièces sont sales (moquette murale et au sol dans les chambres pas changer depuis 30 ans), insalubres pour les salles de bain, moisies, odeurs de remontées de canalisation, pas d'eau chaude en continue plus de 1 min (pour le bain avec un enfant de 2 ans c’était du sport soit l'eau était gelée soit brûlante) linge de maison d'un autre siècle, troué, percé, déchiré...
Pour le tarif c'est vraiment très malhonnête (environ 1200 euros).
