In the heart of Bagnères-de-Bigorre, this restaurant has a totally original concept. The chef Damien Riera composes a vegan base of hot and cold vegetables, cereals and salad, to which you add what you like: meat from the market, fresh fish, cheeses from the Pyrenees... You get a very complete menu adjusted to your appetite and your taste. On Sundays, brunch is served at Miam, with jams, churned butter, quiches and verrines.
