Mais bon quoi le service style bistroquet au dîner, à revoir.
Au petit déjeuner : un peu léger.
Et si le grille-pain a "grillé" la veille ou l'avant-veille on le retire à défaut de le remplacer. Ça évite au client de son temps.
Pour les œufs à la coque c'est plus efficace si la bouilloire a été mise en fonction.
Faut se bouger un peu pour être hôtelier.
