Les Green is a new project proposed by the Procivis group in the Mulberry district of Saint-Orens. It is designed to respond to three strong ideas: attractive, energy-efficient contemporary architecture with a strong link with the surrounding landscape. Composed of two buildings, the residence accommodates thirty apartments in double and even triple directions for more comfort. They adapt perfectly to the slope of the terrain, receive vegetated roofs and host a vast plant grape, which plays a sun pare in the summer while preserving the privacy of its inhabitants. In September 2012, one third of the dwellings are still available for sale: the two pieces of 50 m 2 from 155 000 euros and the three pieces of 64 m 2 from 189 600 euros.
