Rustic and country restaurant preparing simple and regional family cuisine.
At the entrance of St-Gaudens, Valentine side. An inn as we don't see many anymore and that we are pleased to find. Large tables, a rustic room, exposed beams, a fireplace, with wood-fired grills on the menu. The stable is rustic and country. A traditional house with the appearance of a family pension without fuss. The cuisine is family-style, simple and regional, always faithful to the classic dishes. And the bill is not too high for a good and generous meal because you eat to your heart's content. Authentic setting and warm atmosphere.

Service rapide, viande délicieuse à souhait ( steak et côtes d’agneau x3 ). Cuisson parfaite telle qu’elle a été demandée ( bien rare de nos jours)
Quantité impeccable pour un prix très très correct !
Un coca un quart de vin rouge, nos deux viandes avec leurs frites maison: 39€.
Très satisfait de la qualité de la viande et serveurs plutôt sympas en prime !
Nous y reviendrons volontiers lorsque l’envie d’une bonne viande s’invitera !
N’oublions pas la chaleur des lieux avec le feu de bois , en cet automne frisquet, très très agréable !
Bref, on a kiffé!
