A step as greedy as smart not to be missed during your visit of Revel. The Chatine ? Historically, it is a roasted Spanish almond coated with chocolate. Today, the Maison de la Chatine offers this confectionery in many ways: almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, dehydrated fruits or cereal balls are covered with a subtly flavored chocolate, sometimes with caramel, sometimes with violet, chestnut, blueberry, mirabelle... The factory itself welcomes you two afternoons a week for its sale to individuals.
